Jim Chambers, Ed.D
Dr. Jim Chambers is a recognized leader in the fields of leadership development, strategic thinking, change management and organizational development with more than 30 years of experience implementing workable solutions for corporate, government, non-profit/NGO, higher education and healthcare organizations in the US and abroad.
In 1993, he founded the Institute for Organizational Leadership (IOL), a non-profit educational consulting firm specializing in the development of strategic planning, leadership development and organizational models for public and private organizations. He has served on the doctoral faculty member at the University of Phoenix’s School for Advanced Studies since 2004 teaching courses in leadership and higher education, and also serves on a number of dissertation research committees for UOPX and other institutions. He is an accomplished speaker and has authored a variety of leadership, planning and change models used by organizations throughout the world.

Dr. Chambers holds a B.S. degree from Lee University, M.A. Degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education from Nova Southeastern University. He has completed additional Studies in Higher Education: Missouri Southern University, Joplin, MO; University of Mary, Bismarck, ND and holds a Doctoral Mentor Certification: University of Phoenix: 2005 to present; Certification for Role of Doctoral Mentor at the School of Advanced Studies, University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ and CITI Certification in the Protection of Human Research Subjects: 2005 to present in Social / Behavioral Research Investigator and Key Personnel.
